Here is one of the most significant little stories on the Internet today: Ford China April Sales Rises 29% (link). Ford sold a total of 96,829 vehicles in China last month. Many were manufactured in China by Ford and their Chinese joint venture partners. Further reading of the article reveals another gem of good news: (In China) "April sales of imported Ford vehicles—which include the Ford Explorer, Ford Edge, Ford Focus ST and the Ford Fiesta ST—increased 72 percent compared to April 2013..." Those "imported" Ford vehicles were made in North America, meaning, in the U.S., Canada, or Mexico, or, a little of each. There is no longer any realistic way to envision the U.S. Economy other than as part of the Global Economy. Sincerely, Chris Wendt
