A new member is listed with Account Status = Not Activated
This person contacted me and indicated they had attempted three times to activate their account without success.
Please advise either the new member or me how to correct this situation.

Thanks. An email was sent containing the activation link. However, it is probably in the recipient's spam folder. Please check the spam folder first and let me know if that fixed the problem. Thank you.
